We accept cash and local (Florida) checks only w/ proper ID ($25.00 minimum to pay with check). Sorry no credit cards. No early views or transactions, please. In the interest of being fair to everyone we do not give out prices or hold items before the sale begins. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in this. Remember: Sunday is always 1/2 price day on all items priced $1.00 and up, and we are open from 8-4. Concerning very heavy items, we are always willing to help load items, however, it is a good idea to bring some helpers along if you are expecting to buy furniture or appliances. Items MUST be removed by 12 noon Sunday! Florida law requires that we collect sales tax on each item sold.
