We accept cash or check (must be with a Florida bank with a branch in Highlands County. Proper ID and a purchase of $25.00 or more required to pay w/ check). No early viewing, prices quoted or items held. In the interest of being fair to everyone we ask that you attend the sale. Arriving early is always a good idea.
if you purchase heavy items we will help if possible but plan on bringing someone to help. We are NOT able to deliver at this time.
Sunday is 1/2 price on all items marked $1.00 and up.
We hope you can join us in Spring Lake. Everything must go! This is a partial list. We have one queen size bed. (The king bed has had to be removed from the sale due to condition). Nice all-wood bureau & stand. Also mid-century BR furn (yellow) and (white), well used. Mid-century cone /bullet, and circle table and floor lamps .Small, gold vintage sofa. Large, rectangular dining table with two large leaves and matching large, lit china cabinet. (can be purchased separately). Chairs need to be4 recovered but it is an easy task.
Small sideboard & marble top credenza. Navy sleep sofa with quilted iris pattern. Small loveseat size sleeper needs a cover. Red and black, rare vinyl mid century Contour Chair-Lounge, needs upholstery work.
Matching oatmeal sofa & loveseat, round glass kitchen table (no chairs) . Mid-century, half-circle bar with wicker back bar stools. Stainless bar sink, still in box, never installed.
Beautiful hard paste 15 inch by 7 inches tall floral bowl. Crystal, pretty Abingdon floral dishes, Block gold design dishes and Japan Gray rose dishes, three sets in all, furs ( beautiful shirt cut, well cared for jackets), stemware, 1950's hand-made lucite pillbox purses, boxes and boxes of vintage Avon, Sarah Coventry and select vintage jewelry, all styles of rings (mostly Avon & Sarah Cov. size 9), pendants, bracelets and earrings, beads and vintage vanity items. Many boxes of still-wrapped vintage perfumes and colognes; Odalisque, Arpege, Ciara, Intimate, Shalimar, used but nearly full bottles also of Charlie, Arpege, Chaz, Chaps and many more. We are still finding treasures!
Wicker stools and stands, iron vanity seat(?), man's & woman's bikes, hand tools, holiday, old paper, sweet, vintage wind-up musical doll w/ wood knob. Collector plates featuring Lady Diana, Elvis Presley and Charlie Brown! Franklin Mint Diana, Marilyn Monroe, Liz Taylor, Jackie and other, New In Box collectible dolls. Shirley Temple keepsake, crafts, Hawaiian luau in a box; leis, grass skirts, Japanese lanterns. Lots of silver plated buffet serving items suitable for holiday, wedding & party tables. Wonderful crystal serving bowls for use or display.
Silverware boxes, stemware, Precious Moments Ferris Wheel, Elvis Presley stamps and albums, file cabinets, wire shelf, Fischer stereo, portable 70s AM/FM HiFi turntable w attached speakers, wheelchair in good condition, Frigidaire upright freezer. New in box electric fireplace/heater, Ab Circle exerciser, Gazelle, walking mill with radio/cassette built in. Lil' Chief electric smoker. Garage is full. Day beds, bedspreads, lamps elephant stands.
