Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT THIS SALE. All purchases must be removed by August 1st by 1:00 pm.. Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2015 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children must be supervised at all times.

Wonderful Estate downsizing sale! This is a work in progress, but we wanted to give you a peek of some of the quality items in this sale. We still have boxes to unpack, closets, garage and many rooms to get through but we can tell you this will be a wonderful sale. So mark the date now on your calendar.

We have made a lot of progress and now only have the garage to go. We are still working on the garage and will not be able to post of photos of the garage until Wednesday night 7-29-15.
