To all bids which are paid in cash or with a local check, a 16% Buyer's Premium will be added; bids which are paid via Credit Cards can expect an 18% buyer's premium and on-line bidders are subject to a 21% buyer's premium. Absentee and phone bidders will be under the same payment schedule.
