For those of you that have not been to our sales on a regular basis...  

We have 1-2 days to empty the home, bring as much money to the Estate as possible and create a pleasant and friendly shopping environment.  It has been our experience that the best way to accomplish these things, is to price items in a fair and reasonable way from the beginning.  Not to over price items and then have a 50% off sale the last day.  At our sales, you will find fairly priced items, and be able to purchase items that you want from the very beginning of the sale, without having to wait until the end for it to be a fair price.  We are open to reasonable offers, especially on large ticket items.  We enjoy what we do and we want you to enjoy coming to our sales!  See you at the sale ~ Lori & Michele
