• The sale is CASH only. Per our contract with the Estate we are not able to accept checks or credit cards.
• You MAY bring in empty reusable shopping bags, to make shopping easier. We do reserve the right to check bags entering and exiting the home. You are also welcome to bring your own paper/bubble for wrapping.
• The home is not handicap accessible.
• There are no bathroom facilities available for public use.
• Please make your own arrangements for removal of items.
• Please park responsibly. Parking here will be much better than our sale last week! BUT, please do wear sensible shoes. The home is located on a several acre lot, there is a mowed one acre front yard that you can park in. Please be respectful of others parking and the property. With all of the rain it will be wet, plan accordingly.

Lifetime contents of this unique Titusville home - Nearly every single thing in this home is vintage! We are fairly sure that they purchased nothing after 1970! It is amazing...98% of the contents is Made In The USA - the other 2% in Germany, Italy, Japan, France.
Here's the story...Family home of former NASA engineer during the Mercury/Gemini and Apollo era's and served during WWII - the wife was a nurse, they raised their children in this unique old grove home. After their children were grown (late 1970's) they decided to venture off to Alaska to live for a while. They packed up the entire contents of the home, put it in storage and closed up the house. When they came back home in the early 80's, they did not unpack all of the contents in the boxes. An entire storage room (located on the property) has been filled with boxes of home contents and misc. since the 70's, just now being unpacked by us! It is a really unique experience!
In addition to the home contents, there are 2 out building and a large garage packed full - please make sure you experience it all!
There is just so much stuff here, it is not possible to photograph and list it all! There are deals to be had! We have priced way under our already very fair pricing.

Not to over price items and then have a 50% off sale the last day. At our sales, you will find fairly priced items, and be able to purchase items that you want from the very beginning of the sale, without having to wait until the end for it to be a fair price.
