We are pleased to have been selected to offer for sale the household goods of MRS. MARY S. DANIEL of Cochran, Ga.    This home  at 146 Rose St.  is at the corner of Rose St. and Peter St.   Watch for our ESTATE SALE signs!

This is a tag sale and contains many great buys  and unusual items, including an awesome collection of piano and piano/organ music from Mrs. Daniel's long career as a piano teacher and church musician  - all reasonably priced!  See the photos for a good idea of what to expect!   This home is compact, so please do not enter with food items or drinks!   NOTE:This home is neither wheelchair nor rolling walker accessible - Handicapped access will be difficult - see cashier for assistance and directions.  

We shall open the front door  at 1 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, August 3.    Please park thoughtfully - do not block neighborhood driveways or park on the lawns!

Excellent Victorian-style Gentleman's Chair covered in deep burgundy velvet - VERY FINE CONDITION! (also, very comfortable!) We seldom find these looking this great!Elegant, tufted back French-style sofa in excellent condition! Original bill is attached! Upholstery in great shape. Must see!GREAT sized china cabinet from dining room suite (all priced separately) with intricate fretwork inserts; nice large, octagonal Turkey platter for the holiday turkey!
