JUST A FEW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS : We accept all credit cards except Amex we do not take checks and cash is king. If you purchase a large items you will be expected to have the muscle or at least have a friend who has muscles who can help you load your purchase. All sales are final, there are not refunds or exchanges and no exceptions this this rule. Make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing. The Estate driveway is for load purchases only. Please do not park in the driveway. Please park only on one side of the street facing the flow of traffic. We don's want anyone to to get a tickets or towed.

PICKING ZONES
This lovely Columbus Estate will have picking zones open for you guys who really like to dig and get down and dirty. The attic over the garage has some very nice planks of hard woods.
The garage and a storage space next to the garage will be open for you to pick as well as a storage shed out back.
In the back yard we have the woodworking shop that is full of wood, tools and woodworking equipment.
The yard has a patio set and several cement benches
In the house we have a hand thrown pottery collection, Hull pottery, McCoy pottery.
The kitchen is over flowing with household goods
We have some lovely china and glasswear
Drexel furniture adorn the living room
We have two recliner/lift chairs
An antique Eastlake sofa
Lots of ammo (no guns)
We also have a re-loader for sale
The entire estate has to be liquidated which means we have to get it all sold the three days.
