Early Bird Perks
• $100 Amazon gift card and other prizes! Shoppers who arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the sale start time on the first day and enter their name and email address on the sign in sheet are entered into a raffle. The raffle will be conducted 5 minutes prior to sale time.

• Shopping baskets are available to help you carry your items.
• Hold tables are set up near checkout so you can continue shopping.
• Plastic bags are available at checkout.
• No credit card fees are charged, same price with cash or credit.

Purchase Information
• No guarantees, warranties, refunds, or returns. Test items before purchasing. All sales are final.
• We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards except for American Express and Discover.
• We are a licensed GA business: sales tax will be charged on all purchases (exception resale license).
• Grasons is not responsible for and does not offer refunds on purchased items you leave behind on hold tables.

Safety & Security
• Enter the premises at your own risk. Blue tape marks uneven surfaces and inaccessible rooms.
• Buyers may bring in their own bags if they are either clear plastic (event bags) or the bag has no dividers or pockets. We respectfully request that personal purses or handbags be left in your car.
• Please bring help for large/heavy items. Staff does not assist with removing or transporting items from the house. We can refer you to a fantastic moving company for delivery.
