Due to the location of this Estate we will be running a shuttle to the Estate all three days of the sale. Please proceed to Oak Hill Independent Church located at 25 Keener Lane Ellijay Ga 30540. From there the shuttle will take you 1/2 to the Estate Sale location. This shuttle will run a loop all three days for the sale. Buyers who purchase furniture will be given a pick up slip to return with your vehicle to pick up purchases. We accept all credit cards except Amex we do not take checks and cash is king. If you purchase a large items you will be expected to have the muscle or at least have a friend who has muscles who can help you load your purchase. All sales are final, there are not refunds or exchanges and no exceptions this this rule. Make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing.Thank you

We have two tool areas. One is a garden shed with a variety of hand held garden tools and a push lawn mower

The other is a large RV Garage. This space is full of power tools and hand held tools. Also 20 0r so windows, bins of nuts and bolts, Chairs, heaters, electric scooter, coolers, furniture, tool bench's, small tool boxes, electric fans, ladders. We will have the big items prices but this is a prime "picking" space.

YARD ART

This property is full of yard art. It's best to go look at the pictures to get an idea of all the statues we have for sale. There is also a path to the Gazebo that overlooks the river. You are welcome to take a stroll down the path and choose any of the statues you find on the way and bring them back up to check out as all yard items that are not nailed down are for sale.
