Cherry Hill Estate Sales & Auctions
On Site Bidders Policies and Procedures.

1. This Auction is run under the License of Auctioneer Richard G. Lastinger # GAL003742
2. You must register to bid and have a bidder’s number to bid on items.
3. Registration will be done the morning of the Auction
4. Everything must be paid for today before you leave.
5. Everything must be removed today after item is paid for and when auction is over NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. All Sales are FINAL. This means no refunds for any reason.
7. ALL Merchandise is sold AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees what so ever.
8. The auctioneer will try to describe to his best ability and knowledge the item up for auction, however use your own judgment, discernment and knowledge to make your buying/bidding decisions. Again All merchandise will be sold AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees of ANY nature whatsoever.
9. There will be a buyer’s premium of 13% on all sales no exceptions. A 3% discount will be applied when paying by Cash.
10. Sales Tax of 6% will be charged on All Sales unless you have a Tax exempt form ON FILE with this Auction House. If you need a form the Auction Manager has them at the check in counter.
11. We accept Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MC and Discover. We do not Except Checks, Amex or farm animals for payment.
12. Do Not Bid unless you have a bidder number and can pay today for what you are bidding on.
13. When you do bid, Please bid LOUD, OFTEN and HIGH
14. Once the Auctioneer says SOLD, You Bought it, or any form of the sort the bidding for that item is over.
15. In the case of two bidders having a tie bid on an Item when sold the Auctioneer on the Microphone at his sole discretion will decide the winning bidder. No Item will be reopened for bids based on tie bids.
16. The Sherman act prohibits the collusion of anyone of holding down or attempting to hold down bid prices for ones benefit. Breaking this federal law can result in penalties, fines and imprisonment.
17. Auctioneer’s Ring-men, Employee’s and Agents of Cherry Hill Estate Sales & Auctions have the right to bid on items in this auction for themselves under the same policies procedures and rules as all other bidders.
18. A Few Items have a reserve price set on them and if they do not meet reserve they will not be sold to the highest bidder. However most items in this auction today are set at no reserve
19. The Auctioneer or Auction manager has the right to withdraw any item at any time from the auction at will.
20. The Auctioneer shall from time to time group or ungroup items during the auction as he feels fit as to protect the best interest of the sellers.
21. Loading of purchases is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Cherry Hill does not provide labor to assist with loading of merchandise.
22. Policies and Procedures read live at Auction start coincide with yet supercede all printed and verbal policies, procedures, rules stated anywhere prior to the start of the auction.
23. Cherry Hill Estate Sales & Auctions are not held liable for any mistakes or typo's in any of it's Advertising and/or Printed materials about any specific Auction.
24. And last, this is a smoke free environment, however if you feel the need to smoke, smoking is allowed outside only as long as it is more than 200 feet from the bidding ring.
