   Pool table is an Olhausen (ECLI - M8TM), purchased by the homeowner in 2005.  This is a beautiful pool table in excellent condition.  The table can be purchased on its own for $1850.00 or a bundle deal can be made to include the pool table, 4 pool cues and holder, light over the table and pool art.    The bundle deal is an even $2000.00.  To move the pool table will cost aproximately $350.00

    Schonbek chandelier with certificate of authenticity.  This is an absolutely exquisite chandelier, from the Sterling Collection with clear crystal, heritage trim and a silver finish.  This item retails brand new for $1758.00.  Creative Tag has lined up a licensed electrician to remove the chandelier once purchased.  The price for this item is $1150.00.
