-All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds, No Returns....No Exceptions. It is your responsibility to check your items!! We do not plug every item in and start every item. It is your responsibility to check your item for breaks, cracks, etc. We are unable to research every item in the home and may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it.

We are unable to assist with heavy lifting and loading. We will be busy assisting customers. All items must be removed by 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 18th.

-"Holding" is a commitment to buy. Removing Stickers or Swapping Stickers is Stealing and will not be tolerated.

-We are not liable for accidents that occur in the residence or property. Please use caution in the residence and property. Remember, this is someone's home.
