Cash & Checks.

We are a business operating in the State of Georgia and charge Sales Tax, which we report monthly. If you are tax exempt, please be prepared to provide documentation.

Prices will not be given out before the sale begins. We often price a few days before the sale starts and are too busy preparing the sale for you to answer calls. We price "fair market" prices. We do not own a shop or resell. Please know that we are trying to make as much money as possible for our client, as we would for you; however, we realize that at the end of the sale items are going to sell for what someone is willing to pay. If you really want something and want to take a chance that it is still available a few hours before the sale ends, then please come back to the sale. You likely will be disappointed but may find something else that you must have at a good discount!

Donna Ayres, owner of A Class Act Estate Sales, Inc., is a certified appraiser with many years of experience in the antique, collectible and the resell business. All prices are subject to her final approval.

Our client may place a reserve on a few items. We will take offers and present them to the client. Sometimes "reasonable" offers are accepted.

It is possible that our client may pull something from the sale which we have advertised for sale. This doesn't happen often but it can happen. We try to remove the advertising before the sale starts if at all possible. Example: John from New York may see his grandfather's World War II metals advertised and call our client wanting them. This is one of many examples and we appreciate your understanding.

We ask you to PLEASE park your vehicle with the flow of traffic and be RESPECTFUL of neighbors and not park in front of driveways or mailboxes. We do not want the police called and your vehicle towed. We appreciate you respecting our client's home as you would expect others to respect your home.

ALL furniture must be removed by the end of the sale. We cannot carry or help load furniture or items due to liability. Please bring help and don't forget your tools if needed! If at all possible, we will make arrangements for pickup after the closing of the estate sale. Please note that we are on a very tight schedule for some of our clients and must be completely out of their home by midnight of the last day of the sale.

We are not responsible for accidents and fortunately have never had one. Should an accident occur and we think you need medical help, whether you think you need help or not, we will call 911. Your safety is our priority!

Everything is sold as is, no returns, and no refunds. We try to check everything to make sure it works but please check your items before purchasing. If our linens are bundled, they do not have stains or tears as we check all linens before bundling.

Theft and Changing Prices are crimes in the State of Georgia. A $2,000 mink coat will not be priced at $200. We have had this happen! Please don't even think about doing this!

We treat all customers fairly and equally. We truly appreciate your business whether you spend a few dollars or thousands of dollars.

We have absolutely the "VERY BEST" following of loyal customers and hope you will become one too!
