This sale is CASH ONLY!!! There is NO Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax will be collected!!! If you purchase a unit, you have 48 hours to get EVERYTHING out of the unit! The good, the bad and the ugly! If you leave anything on the property, you will be banned from all storage auctions conducted by Doan and Associates. There is a $20 deposit for each unit you purchase! You will get this back once the unit is clean and everything is taken!
