All items from an estate are pre-owned, therefore All items are sold as is, where is, without guarantee, and we are not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items. There are No Refunds, No Exchanges. We accept CASH, Credit Cards (3% credit card convenience fee), Personal Checks (with current valid driver's license). There is ample parking at and around facility location. Please bring your own help and appropriate transportation for larger items purchased, or make arrangements with us for delivery. Delivery is an additional cost depending on location, and man hours.
