These auction items are located in Garden City, Idaho, 83714.
ALL TIMES LISTED ON THE AUCTION ARE EASTERN STANDARD.
You are responsible to read and understand all of the Terms and Conditions of your participation in this auction.

Both registration for our auction site and submission of a bid constitute your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and bind you to participate honestly, earnestly and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Each bid placed by you represents a legally-binding offer to conclude a purchasing contract. Winning bidders receive an invoice via email and are required to pay said invoice immediately. Any attempt to default on the purchase will be considered a breach of contract, will result in your being blocked from any future auctions/sales conducted on the site and can result in legal action.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS OR RETURNS

Previews & Item Descriptions
Our client decides whether or not an auction preview will be held. Feel free to phone us with any questions you may have.
Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage and used items. We aim to inform bidders of the true condition of items as we see them. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. CT Boise does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. We have tried to accurately describe items including noting defects. We do our very best to describe items accurately. We are estate liquidators and we research all we can to provide as much information as possible about the items in our sales. We do not have expert knowledge of every item we sell. Ask questions before bidding.
Fees
Each lot purchased will incur a buyer’s premium fee of 15% of the hammer price and a 6% Idaho sales tax will be applied to your order.
Payment
All winning invoices will be emailed directly to you and are due immediately upon receipt – NO MORE THAN 12 hours after the auction’s final closing time. (Example: auction closes at 10pm (Eastern Time), your payment is due by 10am (Eastern Time).
Pick-Up & Pay Locally
You (or a representative) must pick up your items on the designated dates and times of this auction. These items are located in our client’s private residence, not at a store or warehouse. Typically, the home needs to be emptied by auction’s end.
Removals of winning items are at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer, it will be limited assistance for loading heavy items only. CT Boise shall not be responsible for items or lots not removed within the specified time period. The pick-up times and address will be provided on your winning invoice.
1. If you buy a large item or piece of furniture – you must bring assistance to move that furniture from the home.
2. Local buyers must pay for their winnings prior to pick up. If you wish to pay at pick-up, you MUST communicate with us and have prior approval to pay at pick-up. EXACT CASH or credit/debit (3% added fee) only – NO CHECKS.
3. If you do not communicate with us and you do not have a CLEARED payment by the first day of pick-up, your items will be forfeited. If you do not pick up your paid-for item, your item will be considered abandoned. You will not receive a refund. Your item is subject to resale or donation. We cannot store items for buyers.
4. Please bring a printed copy of your invoice. It is your responsibility at pick-up to make certain you have all of your items.

Shipping
Packing and shipping can be very expensive so please consider this when placing your bid.
1. We can ship your items and combine orders when possible. Shipping is calculated at the end of the auction, after local pick-ups occur.
2. Please allow 7-10 days after the auction’s end to receive your shipping invoice.
3. You are responsible to pay for your shipping and handling prior to items being shipped.
4. Expect up to 4 weeks post auction to receive your items.
5. We are NOT a shipping house. ALL of our shipping is handled by a professional pack and ship company to protect the purchase, the buyer and Caring Transitions Boise. ALL packing and shipping is handled by UPS Pack and Ship and ALL packing and shipping fees must be paid by buyer and are NOT negotiable. Please be aware that large, delicate, heavy and awkwardly shaped items (etc.) require extra or special packaging and time for which you will be charged.
Shipping Insurance Requirement
Any shipment on orders valued over $100 will be REQUIRED to purchase additional insurance to cover buyer’s investment.
Postponement and Cancellation

CT Boise reserves the right to postpone or cancel any Auction, or any sale in its own discretion, without notice. CT Boise will have no liability to prospective bidders as a result of any withdrawal, cancellation or postponement of Auctions or sales.
