This beautiful and spacious ranch home was built in 1950. The lady of the house moved here in 1963. She is now 91 years old and needs a greater level of care. Her son has just moved her to Austin TX where he is now from. The home has sold and the closing is the Tuesday after the sale so everything must go. Elegant items abound from the furniture to the home decor. Everything is high quality and has been well taken care of. Most of the furniture pieces were purchased in the early 1960s from Town House Interiors on Peterson. This will be a great sale!
