Arrive early, we do not give out numbers. The first person in line is the first person in the door.
We accept cash, check or all major credit cards for purchases over $250.00, under $250 there will be a small processing fee.
Prices are firm on Friday, but you can leave a written bid. If accepted you will be contacted by noon on Saturday. Saturday we will negotiate prices.
You are responsible for moving and hauling your purchases, so please bring bring your own manpower and an appropriate vehicle. we can offer a list of qualified movers for hire.
We do not give out prices of items for sale prior to the start of a sale, please DO NOT call or email to ask. Thank you for your understanding.
Lovely home located just south of Ogden Ave. off of Seeley. Watch for our yellow Estate Sale signs. Contents include furniture, sofas, love seats, glider, coffee tables, chairs, benches, iron patio pieces, patio furniture, large desk, table and chairs, and more. Household items include, linens, glassware, large screen TV, misc. electronics, Grandfather clock, garden and yard items, CDs, Holiday items, and more. Also, loads of toys including Legos, dolls (inc. American Girl and Barbie), doll house accessories, Transformers, sporting goods, Air Soft and Paintball guns and rifles, bikes, clothes, craft misc., and a trampoline.
