►We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the sale.
►We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale.
►All sales are final so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully, prior to purchase.
►We do hand out numbers for entrance, please take one per person. If for some reason the numbers are not out we will honor a list that is started.
►If purchasing furniture or other large items, buyer must bring their own help. Our staff can help move furniture but we are limited to the amount of people you may need. Items must be picked up before 3 pm on the last day of the sale.
►First Day is FULL PRICE - second day at the beginning of sale $20 and under is 1/2 off over $20 is 20% off original prices. At 12:00 on second day we go HALF OFF all ORIGINAL prices.

House has gorgeous furniture including a Lane Brutalist bedroom set along with a Broyhill like new dark wood Queen bedroom set! Tons of flower arranging pieces, as well as every holiday! Christmas and Halloween has the most decorations. Kitchen dishes, glassware, crock pot and much more. Laserdiscs, cd's/dvd's, records, tons of electronics, 4 TV's including 2 flat screens, one projection and another small one fit for a garage basement or kids room. Outdoor statuary, we are just getting into the tons in the garage and still pulling from the yard! I'm including pics of pieces in garage but will be adding more as we organize it better. There are tons of tools, electric blowers and other power tools for the yard as well as rakes shovels etc., garage also has at least 3 bikes but it could be 4 for sale 2 of the bikes are almost brand new! Downstairs has a professional Lance Armstrong spin bike as well as a weight set. Designer clothes and shoes mostly woman's but some mens. SPORTS!! Great pics as well as rugs and other sports accessories for your man cave!! Jewelry, watches - Bulova, Seiko and more, bracelets, necklaces and more most costume, I'll have pics up of the jewelry tomorrow night.
