We are very pleased to present this fabulous sale in the gorgeous golf course community of Eaglebrook in Geneva. Beautiful home featuring many, many rooms filled with furniture: Quite a few sofas, two very classic dark green matching sofas, dark green leather sleeper, a black leather lift chair, Danish modern bedroom set, two nice kids' bedroom sets, some fantastic antique pieces...buffet, armoire, smaller pieces, rocker, White anique sewing machine table (no machine) and more, nice! There is a lot of furniture in the garage also and many of those "project" painting pieces you are looking for. We have a lot of nice linens, including handmade quilt. There is a nice set of china "Seville" and other dishes. Some very nice lamps also and we have a Panasonic flat screen TV, Bose radio (no CD player), tennis rackets, golf clubs, ladders.
There is some very nice patio furniture including one Tropitone with all pieces, nice!!
We have a lot of items that were brought from storage and includes many antiques and collectibles: Mr. Peanut new in package, amazing set of Howdy Doody juice glasses, some great Jim Beam bottles, Ovaltin shaker, rotating picture lamps, vintage West Bend copper set, Tiddly Winks, Singer Featherweight machine w/case, WWII army pistol and gas mask, vintage glass bowls, Lefton and other figurines, glassware, crystal, Bowman milk bottles and heavy Bowman dairy milk can, small crock, crock whiskey jug, other vintage liquor bottles....lots more. Check out the photos. Not everything is pictures.
There are some musical instruments also....a keyboard, two trumpets, a trombone, electric guitar with amp. Also some nice exercise equipment including like new Nautilis complete workout machine, exercycle, etc.
We have some tools, an amazing tool/work bench with fold out stools (although the top is very, very heavy so hopefully removeable), full size refrigerator/freezer, small dorm size refrigerator....perfect timing for the college bound!
We have lots of nice affordable art work, home decor, kitchen necessities. Also we have clothing including several leather jackets and a gorgeous fur coat.
There is a large amoung of vintage and newer electronics (see photos). We have records (many old ones including 78's), lots and lots of books including children's books, video games and players (X-Box, Ninendo and more). and decor.
We have one bedroom upstairs that looks like a store.....lots of brand NEW games, toys, higher end children's clothing, Halloween costumes, some nice household, cute chairs, wine refrigerator, tons of frames, DVD's and VHS movies.....think Christmas shopping in August in this room!
One of the highlights of this sale are two amazing black and Swarovski crystal chandeliers, but if you purchase these, you may have to wait until some time after the sale to get them, as the house is sold and the new owners will have to replace them with other fixtures. This will be updated by the time of the sale. These fixtures are amazing and the builder said they initially cost $10,000. All we can say is "stunning"!
