Enter the premises at your own risk.This is a house with a basement stairway. If you have difficulty walking stairs, this house may be challenging. NO LARGE HANDBAGS, BACKPACKS OR MESSENGER BAGS can be brought into the sale. We are not responsible for accidents on or near the property. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS. THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE STREET. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR CROSSWALKS.
