Fun clothing for women. Sizes seem to be mostly medium and large, she was a very colorful person and therefore her clothing is colorful and fun. Some vintage, some dressy cocktail, and some business attire.

Widdicomb mid-century modern bedroom set. Dressers with dressing table attached in between, 2 night stands, headboard. Dated 1957.

An impressive collection of the Franklin Library leather-bound classic literature. The volumes I picked up appear to have gone straight from shipping box to shelf.

The basement here is amazing. This is not what we normally have in basements. This is all the finery that was stored away as the house was staged for sale. Included are:

3 sets of silverplate flatware, & a set of the gold plated silverware.

Two floor cast iron wine racks.

A half-round curio cabinet.

3 mantel clocks one is CD Peacock, one is German, and one is New Haven.

Lots of kitchen in the basement! Including a KitchenAid mixer and some KitchenAid attachments.

Roasters, woks, casserole dishes, copperware, bakeware & more.

More fun vintage clothing in the basement.

We also have many Oriental rugs. Many of these are find quality hand knotted silks and wools, we do have a few appraisals that are older for these that just help to affirm what they are.

Nice accessory tables, a great standing sewing cabinet that folds out like a Martha Washington but one of the nicer ones we've ever seen.

Along with the typical things in the garage, such as some tools, gardening supplies, cleaning supplies, we also have some very remarkable things, including:

hundreds of music CDs,

a glass top iron filigree table with matching chairs painted white. The glass have unfortunately have been cracked through the years, so it will need to be replaced.

There are also two of the floral grape leaf cast iron weight benches (one very heavy) and a planter and also the sectional seating that goes around a tree.

There is a sleek oval white retro pedestal table.

There is also a mattress set in the garage that was only used for under a week before the person for whom it was purchased had to go into another kind of care. So it is virtually new.

Jewelry includes:  14k pieces, 10k, some killer vingate 10k men's class rings (University and high school), amber, sterling, and vintage costume (some sparkle, lots of necklaces).

And in a house like this, there is plenty that isn't mentioned or pictured that will make the treasure hunt even more fun.

We will give out numbers ½ hour before we open. That's how we determine the order of entry, and you must be present to get a number, and also to get inside when your number is called.
