We are happy to accept cash, ( of course), good checks with ID, and if you spend $50.00 or more, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We no longer give out prices in advance. Sorry. We do honor lists already started by the customers.
Please bring your own help for heavy items, we are not able to help with the heavy lifting.
We close the sale at 2:30pm each day, and we really do close at 2:30pm
Please examine each item carefully, there are no refunds. All items at an estate sale are used items and are sold in as-is condition.

This is a townhouse, parking is a challenge, but worth it for the antiques and collectibles you will find inside this home. This lady moved everything with her and just packed it away. Now, the family is selling this estate, going to be a great 3 day sale.

A fabulous vintage Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machine in mint condition,  Large Hummel collection, large Boehm birds collection, several Waterford pieces, 3 LLadros, Old toys include 2 Lionel trains sets,one from the 30's, the other from the 40's,old compo Patsy doll, antique toy sewing machine, marked Germany, jewelry includes gold and sterling, 2 Kalo brooches and a fabulous vintage  Navajo Squash blossom necklace.  boxes of old photos, old greeting cards, Mary Engelbreith china, complete set of etched Cambridge Wildflower glassware, furniture includes a knockout bright yellow 1950's chrome kitchen set in outstanding condition and a matching serving cart in yellow, An abundance of vintage table linens, wool blankets, vintage 1950-60s women's dresses, sweaters, lots, lots more.

The townhouse is small and very  crowded, so if you are crabby , better not come, fair warning, we are stuffed into this home
