Please bring your own muscle for removal of heavy items, we are not able to help at all. Please understand. We can give you the name/phone number of a reliable mover that has worked with our company for years.
We close at 2:30pm every day, we do not allow admittance into the home after 2:15pm, you cannot shop in 15 minutes, so we do not let you come in.
Please do not phone me after the sale is completed and ask about an item. It has been sold and is gone. The time to buy it is when you see it.

Boy, these folks have a lot to sell. They are moving from this large Lemont home in Eagle Crest Subdivision to a Lake Shore Dr. condo, and we are selling everything that they are not taking, which is considerable. Living room, kitchen,office desk and chair,tons of good smalls in house, and the basement is completely loaded with merchandise for you to shop.. Row upon row of boxes that have been packed for 25 years.A very large set of Johnson Bros Friendly Village dinnerware with lots of serving pieces. Copeland Spode turkey platter and Wild Duck plates. Some costume jewelry. Like new high end baby crib, complete with Winnie the Pooh bedding.

We have a large selection of our clients own dolls from the 60's. We have a Chatty Cathy in the original box, Patty play pal, easy bake oven , bubble cut Barbie and lots more 60's dolls. Lots and lots of holiday. A very nice selection of hard back books.

Half of this huge basement is taken up with electrician's tools and supplies. He is retiring and has no further need for any of it, so it is your lucky day if you are an electrician. We have a gang box, with all manner of small items in it, he wants to sell it with everything in it. It will not be too bad to get it out of the basement, there is a door that leads up to the garage.
