This Estate Sale is in the beautiful gated community called Crystal Tree. Due to the fact that they are gated, this community does not allow an open sale where people come and go at their leisure. Instead, we are required to conduct this sale "by appointment only" so as to limit the number of guest to the home and not to disturb the neighbors. We are very limited as to the numbers of people per hour, so call. To schedule an appointment to attend this sale, please call 708-925-2502. This community also does not allow us to post any signs, so we will be e-mailing out the address and instructions on where to park when you call. We will be accepting cash only. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please bring your own help for transporting large items. We are not responsible for any accidents.
