Please bring your own muscle for removal of heavy items, we are not able to help at all. Please understand. We can give you the name/phone number of a reliable mover that has worked with our company for years.
We close at 2:30pm every day, we do not allow admittance into the home after 2:15pm, you cannot shop in 15 minutes, so we do not let you come in.
Please do not phone me after the sale is completed and ask about an item. It has been sold and is gone. The time to buy it is when you see it.
Oh, Boy. I must have been bonkers, thinking I could do this house in one three day sale. Nope, there is going to be 2 sales, different parts of the house on 2 different weekends.
These folks had some sort of thing about buying buying, buying, and now we get to sell all of it and hopefully, all of you will buy, buy, buy.
Many, if not most of the items in the home are still in the packages that arrived via UPS or Fed Ex. These folks loved catalog shopping and did it endlessly. Many, many duplicates.
We have 2 US Army vintage field telephones in their original carrying case.
A complete US postage stamp collection, from the 30s-50-s.Many uncirculated stamps We are selling it as a collection.
Dozens of hard bound books, primarily biographies of movie stars.
They both were large sized people, she a 3X,4X and 5X, he about the same in men's sizes. We have found actually MANY dozens of brand new in the packages items of clothing for both of them, ordered from various catalogs. Slacks, tops, 2 piece suits for her, jackets for him. We have 18 leather coats and jackets, so far, still looking. They were Bears fans, lots of Bears items.
Beautiful modern furniture, white sofa, loveseat and chair. Glass tables. Several kitchen sets.
Lots of silk floral designs and decorations.
To write fully furnished home, is a joke, how about over-fully furnished home, with 8 of everything?
They owned 2 successful retail florist businesses and loads of items are from their stores .
I am still pondering the whys of 8 patio storage chest, on the patio.We moved them all to the patio now, so we could move in the garage. In fact, the patio is very full of items we moved from the garage, and oh, yes, we have a patio set.
A 2000 Mercedes Kompressor model, 125,000 miles, new a/c, new tires, works good, owner says the car needs a new oil pan installed, that is the only issue.
