Nellie was the local 1st Grade school teacher at East Elementary in Edinburgh for 35 years. She also owned the local antique store ‘Step Back in Time.’ She was very active in nearly all local civic events. Finally, she was Grand Matron of The Eastern Star, a Freemason related, fraternal organization.

Her estate includes lifelong collections of her favorite things - and she collected it all! Vintage furniture pieces, costume jewelry, Longaberger baskets, vintage paperweights and more. There are thousands of items within the home - all for sale!

Following the wishes of her family, Ms. DeArmand's estate, including some of her most interesting and valuable antiques, will be sold to people who treasure her work and memory.

SALE INSTRUCTIONS:    

1)  Parking should be confined to one side of the road. This will hopefully help avoid accidents and will allow others in neighborhood to pass through nicely.  DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAYS.  We would hate to see you get towed!    

2) The line will form at the front door. You will enter and exit only through the front entrance.      

3)  This estate sale has the Aether Standard,  where every item is tagged with it's own unique barcode identifier.   

4) ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for accidents or mishaps of any kind if you choose to shop at this sale.    

5)  There is limited space to make piles. Be patient. Scope out a holding spot near the checkout, if you can find one, to hold your purchases. We have NO HOLDING AREAS and CANNOT WATCH YOUR PILE.      

6)  PLEASE DO NOT PICK from other's piles. It will be too tempting to do so because of all the AWESOME stuff. Please be respectful of others. It is not beyond us to ask you to leave if you don't play nice!    

7)  PLEASE EXERCISE PATIENCE at this sale and be polite to other shoppers. Nothing worse than a rude shopper elbowing someone else to get something.    

8) Come join us! Have some fun and we absolutely cannot wait to see what YOU uncover and collect to take home with you!!!
