Credit Cards and Shipping: Wickliff Auctioneers does not accept credit card payments for any jewelry, gold, bullion or coins/money from ANY INTERNATIONAL BIDDER OR BIDDERS UNKNOWN TO OUR COMPANY. All online purchasers of these items must pay by cash or wire transfer, UNLESS the bidder is well known by the auction house. All online purchasers of these items must pay by cash or wire transfer, or check drawn on US Bank (all paper checks will require up to a 10-day hold prior to release of merchandise) unless the bidder is well known by the auction house, which is at our discretion.

***Non-US credit cards cannot be accepted; ALL INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS must pay via wire transfer.

Any purchase paid for by credit card can ONLY ship to the address associated with the credit card used for payment. No credit card payments will be accepted from international or non-US bidders. Wire transfer payment is required from international bidders. Any US bidder wishing to have an item shipped to an alternate location (not matching registration address) must pay via wire transfer.

Wickliff Auctioneers DOES NOT ACCEPT accept credit card payments for any jewelry, gold, bullion or coins/money, unless the bidder is well-established with our firm.

ALL INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS must pay via wire transfer.

PAYMENT FOR ANY PURCHASE IS CONSIDERED DUE AND PAYABLE ON RECEIPT OF INVOICE. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION. Wickliff & Associates Auctioneers, Inc., may, in its discretion, impose a late fee of $10/day on any account not settled within 5 days of auction. Any account not settled within 10 days is considered in default, and the purchaser shall have no right to complete the transaction.

All gold coins, silver coins or any numismatic lot, must be paid by cash, wire transfer or check (personal, money order, cashier's check) and all paper checks require a 10-day hold before item can be released for shipping. The auction company reserves the right to require this method of payment on ANY lot, from any bidder new to our company.

A 10-day hold will be placed on ANY purchase paid for using a paper check (personal check, money order or cashier's check) prior to release for shipping.


Shipping for jewelry auctions will be executed by Wickliff Auctioneers (see Shipping tab for more info)

Shipping Terms (non-jewelry): Purchaser is solely responsible for arranging shipping of any item(s), Wickliff & Associates Auctioneers, Inc., does not have an internal shipping department, and will not participate in the shipping of any item. Wickliff & Associates Auctioneers, Inc, shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and purchaser shall pay in advance, all packaging expenses, including labor, materials, postage, all carrier fees and insurance charges. Quotes for shipping should be directed to local shippers. Purchasers may select any shipper they choose that will collect the items at the auction gallery; we use and recommend the following local shippers:

Purchaser is solely responsible for securing of labor for loading and packing of items purchased. Wickliff & Associates Auctioneers, Inc., does not employ laborers for loading and packing purposes. Any outside contractor selected by purchaser for pickup of purchases will be responsible for any packing, packaging and boxing or crating necessary.

Third party shipping is available; Wickliff Auctioneers is only able to conduct in-house shipping for jewelry. Please note, for paintings/prints framed under glass, shipping is expensive. At your request, we can potentially remove the art from the frame for lower-cost shipping. Our fee for this service is $15. Please contact us to determine if the item(s) you are interested in can be safely removed from framing.

State Sales Tax: Any item picked up at our gallery (no matter the buyer's state of residence) is subject to 7% Indiana sales tax. Items shipped to non-Indiana residents are exempt from state sales tax.
Indiana residents who are tax-exempt must provide a current state tax-exemption form (expired forms will not be accepted).

REMOVAL: Please note that ALL items must be removed from our building within 10 days of auction. Any item left over 30 days is considered abandoned, and title transfers to the auction company. Any items that are abandoned will be resold, with the auction company retaining all proceeds from sale.
 Description & Details
Held at Indiana Landmarks Center! Five Hoosier artists present their depictions of Indiana waterways in a traveling exhibit designed to call attention to the need for conservation and restoration of the state?s rivers, streams, and tributaries. The exhibition began at the Indiana State Museum in 2022, and has been shown at other museums throughout 2023. Participating artists include John Kelty of Fort Wayne, Curtis Stanfield of Rosedale, Avon Waters of Converse, and brothers Dan and Tom Woodson of Muncie, displaying work in oil, watercolor, and pastels.
