You can get your entry number ONLINE (this is for those who want to be in the sale right at 9am, after the initial rush, no entry number needed)

Entry Number RULES:
After 9am Wed July 30th, email JudiBurgess@EstatesByJudi.com and simply type "Entry number please" You can ask for up to 4 numbers in one message, but must include the names of the people.
Requests received before 9am will be processed after the 9am requests.
You will receive an email reply with your numbers and your names will be put on the entry list in number order. (Emailed number requests no longer honored after 8pm July 30th--just sign up when you arrive at sale)

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
This is a private sale of personal belongings in a private home. Buyers have no ownership or "right" to purchase any item just by emailing/calling/showing up. Buyers enter in number order and if someone else chooses the item you wanted to buy and you toss a fit...you will be escorted from the property.
ALSO: If you pick up and carry an item or we put it back for you--you are expected to purchase that item. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone who hoards items while "deciding". If you are not certain you want it, leave it on the display so others can have the chance to buy it.

Super Clean Sale: All items have been stored carefully in bubble wrap, furniture stored covered, all top-notch and ready to move in to your home or collection.

We recommend NOT shopping with children in tow, there are glass items displayed high and low.

PARKING: This is a tight area--do not block neighbor's drives, do not park ANYWHERE that your tires will be on the grass of the house in the MEDIAN/Island of this street. Owner is fussy about his grass.
