ESTATE SALE OF LONG-TIME LA SERTOMA MEMBER, Wednesday, March 4, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 9 to 4 p.m., and Friday, March 6, 9 to 3 p.m. ONLY! This is a nice clean sale we're pleased to have, from a long-time LaSertoma lady who contributed a lot to the club for many years. No, Henrietta is still doing fine, she and her husband have just decided to give up this house. Please see pictures below for specifics.
Oh, and this is an afterthought, I forgot to mention that LaSertoma is an all-volunteer organization and ALL of our profits go to nurse scholarships at Johnson County Community College--this month we're giving away SEVEN scholarships of $2500 apiece! LIVING ROOM: 1971 LeCoultre Atmos clock (works); Coffee table, chairs, Drexel sofa, lamps, great literature books, candlesticks, etc.
DINING ROOM: (to your right as you come in the front door) Drexel buffet, Drexel dining room table with six ladderback chairs and 97 leaves, seats 400; Fostoria glassware with many, many pieces; Nice narrow china cabinet; grandfather clock; vases, glassware, etc.;
KITCHEN: (to your right past the dining room) Pots, pans, pottery, kitchen items (you never would have guessed that, would you?)
MAIN BEDROOM: (straight ahead through the front door and to your left) Bed, long low dresser with mirror, tall dresser; nighties, slips, gloves, sheet sets, blankets, lamps; beautiful painted dresser set with hatpin holder; Wedgwood dresser items; unique round Stickley or Prairie-style coffee table or side table; vacuum; clothing, mens' and ladies', shoes, square dance costume.

BASEMENT: (to the right as you come in, through the kitchen, immediately turn left) Bail-type canning jars, misc. kitchen items, Christmas items; Several pieces of old handmade kitchen cabinets; table, storage cabinets, tools, some vintage; sewing items, sewing cabinet; luggage, Birdseye maple tall dresser.
GARAGE: Ladder, stepladder, tools, more kitchen items and stuff we couldn't fit in the house.
