We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard - 15% buyers premium charged on all personal property purchases. A Two (2%) Percent Credit Card Usage Fee will be assessed on all Credit Card Purchases.
Internet Bidders will pay a total of 17% Buyers Premium regardless of method of payment, plus packing and shipping fees. All items must be paid for on day of sale and before items are removed from site. You MUST fill out required paperwork for ATF in order to purchase guns, waiting period may be required. 10% buyers premium on home and land. $5,000 cash or certified funds to bid on land and home. Has been commissioned to sell at public auction the Family Home and Contents belonging to the Late Woodrow Wilson "Woody" and Carol Epperson Dumas. Mr Dumas served four consecutive terms as Mayor of Baton Rouge (1964-1980). In addition to many nice antiques and collectibles, there is a large amount of memorabilia from his time in office.

In addition we will be selling the Two Story Family Home located on 3.669 acres in Baker, La.
