We know that you can choose between several estate sales this weekend.  If you want to attend a true estate sale, where the object is FAIR and reasonable content liquidation and you can actually afford to buy something nice, come see us FIRST.

Wonderful raised home right on the Bogue Falaya river in Covington - elegant, classy lady who lived there has passed away and entire contents will be sold.  House is FULL of quality items. This will be one of the nicest sales we will have all year - don't miss it!!!!  Well worth the easy drive from New Orleans or Baton Rouge.

 We will not respond to phone calls and emails asking the prices of certain items.  Come to the sale!  We price all items fairly to SELL.

Great ladies clothing (size 8-10), shoes (size 8), gloves and purses.  All of the clothing has been dry cleaned and was still in the bags before we took it out to stage it.  Most are size 8-10.  This lady shopped at Talbots, Land's End, etc.

***I put this under our Terms and Conditions, but I will state it again.  Absolutely NO CHILDREN at this sale - adults only.  It is a raised home right on the river, there are balconies, stairs, and lots of breakables and we don't want the liability.  Please don't show up with kids in tow - you will not be admitted.  No exceptions.

If you are physically unable to climb up and down a flight of steep stairs by yourself with no assistance, you cannot be admitted. This is a raised home. Due to liability issues, small home elevator is for staff use only.  At client request, we can use it to help bring your stuff down, but no passengers.

Also, we do not have staff available to "watch your pile" while you shop.  We just don't have the time or the space at this sale.  Take this into consideration and bring a buddy with you. We have told you there are lots of breakables.  You are going to need to bring your own boxes and paper to wrap.  If we have to provide those supplies and that service, it means we have to raise our prices.
