In the 20 years that we have conducted estate sales, we've NEVER conducted one in December...a 1st for us and in a cute 2 bedroom LOG CABIN...yes, it is a log cabin on a corner lot...also, a wooden outside storage shed filled with "goodies"... Since it is a 1 day sale, we won't be having a "Half Price Sunday"...instead, we will mark items at prices you will want to buy quickly...and still have items to "bundle & bargain"...SO get ready, it's only for 7 hours... The Log Cabin is part of an estate which we will be conducting a LARGER...
