Nice clean material with lots of collectibles

Sale includes: furniture, art, glass, china, pottery, collectibles, collection of inkwells, ephemera, beds (really nice brass single bed upstairs), clothing, kitchenware, kitchen tables (2 sets), outdoor iron table with chairs, and much more. 

Several of the pieces of furniture are from the estate of W.T Grant who founded a chain of mass merchandise stores that existed from 1906-1976. These include the brass single bed, fold-out side table, and more. 


There are a few items that are visible in the photos that are not going to be in the sale (living room couch, bookshelves in basement, and a few more items), but otherwise everything has to go. 

Please be careful when parking in the street to not block the flow of traffic.  Please do not park in the driveway so that we can leave that open for furniture loading.
