TERMS of SALE:
All items sold As Is, Where Is with no warranty express or implied and absolutely no returns. Immediate removal required by 2:00 PM on Sunday, THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE. We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards ($ 25.00 minimum on e-commerce). We charge Maryland Sales Tax unless you have a Maryland Resale Certificate--please being a copy of your sales tax number.
If you purchase furniture, please bring help to move it. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
We are not responsible for any sickness or injury resulting from attendance at our sale, and, we reserve the option to limit the number of people inside the premises at any one time.

Friday, May 3, 2024, starting at 10 am and ending at 3 pm, and
Saturday, May 4, 2024, starting at 9 am and ending at 3 pm.
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT: The house is at the end of a long, one lane driveway, with no shoulder and several hills with no visibility. THE SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH. The are two houses on the right side of the driveway before you get to the last house. Do NOT park in these driveways. Please follow the signs, including the Parking Sign and park in the meadow just beyond the house. Please do not park in the gravel circle, this is for loading only, or in the driveway!
If you meet a car, you or the other vehicle will have to back-up—so, we have a parking assistant at the entrance to the driveway, who will check to see if the road is clear before you enter. When you leave, we will call the parking assistant to check if the road is clear. Please follow our instructions.
The following is a partial description of items in the sale. More information and pictures as we complete the set up for the sale.
JUST ADDED: Dell desktop computer, Vizio TV, framed photographs, outdoor chairs, mor serving pieces, lawn tractor, roto tiller, Rubbermaid garden cart, Stihl chainsaw, Skill circular saw, folding ladder, fiberglass ladder with roof bumper, two rifle scopes, and more not listed!
FURNITURE: Vintage metal rectangular table with tempered glass top and 4 matching chairs, matching small table, painted metal plant stands, iron sofa table with glass top, rattan sofa and ottoman, swivel chair, and end table with glass top, 2 painted bookcases, blanket chest, painted bedroom chests, oak desk, and floor lamps and more, and more, still unpacking. Please remember to bring your own blankets, rope, etc., and most importantly a friend to help you move your purchases (by 3:00 PM on Saturday, May 4).
SMALLS: Lladro figurines (swan and chicks & kitten), a menagerie of animal figurines by Herend (made in Hungry), hand painted porcelain (elephant, frog, goose & golden egg and small duck, monkey, ram, flamingo, owl, seal, unicorn, snail, ostrich), a large table with costume jewelry, collection of cameras to include Polaroid model 101 with flash and case, Vintage Kodak pocket camera, model # 1A. Linens, table cloths, dolls, German Nutcracker, Royal Worchester cover casseroles, books, women’s clothes, coats, shoes and accessories, serving pieces, garden tools, planting pots, planning accessories, garden chems, lots of household items and products, air target rifle, still unpacking.
