SHIPPING
We help customers deliver their purchases. We will provide shipping quotes or other information after the payment is paid in full. We strive to save postage and shipping costs for our clients while making sure that the items will reach our clients safely. In order to do so, we need to sort, pack, and request estimates from our shippers. All these take time. Therefore, we would like to ask for your understanding and patience in advance. Our staff will be in close touch with our clients to expedite the process.
Special Advice to Buyers/Bidders from China. Upon requests, we provide services to pack, ship, and clear customs on our clients' behalf. We strongly advise our clients to use our shipping services to save time and money - especially for those OVER-SIZED HEAVY ITEMS such as LARGE BRONZES AND STONE CARVINGS or fragile items. We will use our branch in China to redistribute the items in China, with assistance provided by local shippers.
