We have been contracted to completely liquidate the contents of this home and will be open right at 9am all day until 3pm on Saturday the 11th of July. Prices are firm until the afternoon - then no reasonable offers will be refused - the home must be empty buy days end. Please do not contact us in the days/weeks after the sale asking what is left -  it will all be gone and the home sold - just be at the sale Saturday - this is a ONE DAY SALE ONLY. Our numbers are the ONLY numbers we accept. We will be there to give out #s by 7:30am at the latest - must be present to get a # - one # per person. DO NOT WALK UP DRIVEWAY FOR A NUMBER IF WE ARE NOT THERE YET, you will set off the alarm and the neighbors will not be happy, thanks!

Unlike most estate sale companies - We always have staff on-site to help you with any large or heavy purchases at no cost. We also offer local delivery for a small fee.

Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbors lawn with care. Early birds please remember Saturday is most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
