Terms

**Please park on one side of the road. PLEASE DO NOT Block the driveways of the neighbors or park on grassy areas.The driveway will be used only for loading purchases.

Cash **No bills larger than a 20 will be accepted**.

Visa/Master/Discover **A 3% Convenience Fee will be added to total purchase**.There will be a $50.00 minimum on all debit/credit cards.

**Please bring help as well as a dolly for large and heavy items as we will be unable to assist you with heavy lifting or carrying. ALL purchased items must be picked up prior to the sales closing at 3pm on the last day of the sale.

** We will be limiting the number of people inside the home to 15-20 at one time. Our numbers will be handed out at 8:00am. If someone hands out temp numbers or begins a name list for those arriving very early, we will honor those numbers/names, as long as you remain on the premises. If you are not present at the time we hand out our numbers you will be skipped and must go to the back of the line.

**We will have some boxes available for use, but we recommend you bring your own. We retain the right to search all boxes, bags and purses prior to leaving the sale.
