*Actual Address, GPS & Google will be Mount Airy but take the WOODBINE EXIT off I-70, NOT THE MOUNT AIRY EXIT. We are just 2 miles off the Woodbine Exit.

(Just 30 mins from Balt. Beltway, 20 mins from Frederick, & 45 mins from DC Beltway)

Early bird #s by 7:30am at the latest  - must be present to get a # - one # per person. We will line up at 8:55 for a nice, smooth, orderly entrance into the sale at 9am sharp. 

Unlike most estate sale companies - We always have staff on-site to help you with any large or heavy purchases.

WE CLOSE RIGHT AT STATED TIMES TO DO OUR ACCOUNTING -  PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE DRIVE/SHOPPING TIME. This should not be tough to understand, yet each week we have a few late comers demand entrance while we are trying to count $.....sorry!

ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.

Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbors lawns with care. Early birds please remember weekends are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
