Beautiful Up-Scale home with lots of treasures!

When you walk into the foyer the Living Room in on your left showing off a very modern Lazy Boy sofa, with a glass top and metal coffee table, end tables and a sofa table, an over-sized Lazy Boy chair with a large ottoman, with a pair of lovely matching lamps, pieces of china, a beautiful Gingerbread clock, carnival glass punch bowl set, with a matching carnival glass pitcher and goblets, and a large floor urn.
Walking from the living room you will find yourself in the Dining room. The dining room table and matching curved top china are solid maple made by Giguere & Morin in Canada with six chairs (one captains chair) one leaf and pads. On the table is a service for 8 set of white Majesticware by Oneida.
From the dining room we go to the Kitchen, and Dinette. The dinette has a drop leaf table with four chairs that matches the dining room set. It is an all Canadian Maple Giguere and Morin, a luncheon set, service for five, of Federal Thumbprint Vaseline depression glass, and a neat small wall bakers rack. The kitchen has plenty of useable kitchenware and household products including a retro popcorn bowl set, pyrex, an 1881 Wm Rogers silverplate flatware set, and more.
The dinette is right next to the Family Room. There you will find the china and glass table with a lovely set of Anysley (England) pieces, a Japan Teapot, crystal, five gorgeous Caithness (Ireland) paperweights all signed and numbered with their original boxes, a Fenton blackberry spray carnival glass bowl, a Fenton family signed Cranberry glass pitcher, Westmoreland twig pierced milk glass compote and matching candlesticks, another Westmoreland milk glass crimped pierced bowl, Northwood stippled ray carnival glass bowl, a beautiful Heirloom red carnival glass basket, another Amberina carnival glass basket, pink depression glass, a pair of Sterling Silver swan salt dips, a Wembley English tea pot and two matching mugs, large aqua diamond pattern basket, a Stoke on Trent covered cheese keeper, a large blue swung vase, a blue crackle glass bowl, assorted bowls, small Staffordshire bowl and pitcher, German Crystal cranberry topped candlesticks, French pedestal cake plate, a beautiful covered cheese dish, another English tea pot, large pink Shawnee pinched vase, and so much more! The Jewelry table is in this area also full of vintage and fun jewelry! There is a brown overstuffed sofa, matching love seat with a large ottoman, a tiger oak antique hall table, an antique foot rest, and an antique chair. On the mantel there are three pieces of Wedgwood glass, assorted pottery, a Carl Forslund Geranium clock, a hand blown weighted art glass vase, a pair of beautiful alabaster swans figurines, modern art work, a small tiger oak to tiered turned leg table, and an antique chair with a rolled foot rest.
Going back off the dining room is the stairway to go Upstairs. The First Bedroom is just a lovely Christmas room. The Second Bedroom has a very modern wood office desk with a tufted leather office chair, and a large wood filing cabinet with shelf space, and a small wood filing cabinet. There is a neat green wire table, and a wicker wall shelf. The Third Bedroom has some linens, towels, new in package body pillow, and a health meter scale. Also there will be a table of hand woven purses, table runners and other items made by the widows of Guatemala where Joy does mission trips. (all of the monies raised goes back to care for the children and widows)
Out of the living room is a hallway that takes to the the stairs for the Lower level. To the left at the bottom of the stairs is a Bedroom/Library. There is a queen size bedroom suite with a dresser, and two night stands. In the walk in closet is a large dog kennel, a painted dresser, some clothes, shoes, coats including Northface and Columbia. Back into the bedroom is an awesome leather Stressless recliner (Ekornes style) in mint condition, another modern (but smaller) office desk, with small wood filing cabinet, and some great art prints. If you like a good “who done it” there is a library FULL of James Patterson, Nora Roberts, J.D.Rob, Sandra Brown, Fern Michaels, Danielle Steele, Mary Higgins Clark, and tons more!
To the right of the stairs is the Family Room/Bar. There is an awesome black and white overstuffed chair, a pair of soft leather leather recliners, a pair of cast Iron bar stools. and awesome marble sofa/hall table (black marble base and top) a nice number of large pottery decor items including a Jaru black panther, a large infinity lamp on a mirrored pedestal, a triangular glass top table on a “rock” base, modern art prints, and more!
Back up the stairs to the left is the Garage and there is some fun Garden Art here, as well as a 2010 John Deere LA115 riding lawn mower, a newer wheel barrow, a primitive galvanized fire extinguisher, lawn and garden tools, products, Black and Decker weed wacker, cordless hedge trimmer, a park bench, patio chairs, a cute composite cherub, a spreader, another large dog kennel, plant stands, gazing balls, bird baths, and of course more!
