We accept Cash, all sales are final, Sold as is with No Returns, refunds or exchanges, so please inspect all items carefully. Enter the home at your own risk, not responsible for accidents/injuries. Street numbers will be honored with a sign up sheet on clip board posted by garage. Please no Shopping bags in the sale however, boxes are acceptable. Some will be provided.
All items must be removed on the day of the sale, Please bring help for heavy Furniture removal.
