We will accept cash and credit cards at this sale. All items are sold AS IS, final sale, no returns. We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household. You are responsible for the safety and behavior of your children. Please do not park in or block driveways. Please be courteous to the neighborhood and the client's home. Employees cannot carry heavy furniture. Please arrange your own movers for heavy items.

This is an unique ONE DAY ONLY sale where you can fill the bag with anything that fits in the bag for $5.00. Any furniture is a flat $20.00 and you take it with you. Please make sure that you have ample help to move any item you purchase. There will not be staff available for your assistance. This is a final BLITZ to empty the house before closing. There is clothing and Christmas items and knik knaks as well as office and back to school accessories. The garage still has a nice assortment of items for sale.
