Enter sale at your own risk as we are not responsible for injuries on premises. We do not accept street numbers - we do pass out our place-holding tickets 30 minutes prior to opening.
Credit and Debit cards accepted for purchases over $20.00 with no fee to buyer. Buyers are responsible for handling and moving their own purchases. All must be sold this weekend! No bags will be allowed to be brought into the home.

This estate sale is for long time Dearborn residents who purchased this newly built home in 1944.  Pride of ownership was inborn in the owners.  Family wishes to sell all remaining household belongings at a public estate sale. 

  Saturday and Sunday hours are from 10:00am until 4:00pm.  Debit, credit cards accepted (no American Express).  Owners will pay transaction fees; no costs to you to use your card for purchases over $20.00.

Contents of house, basement, and garage include the following, which will be enhanced with further information and photos as we continue to stage this sale:

  • Two dining sets
  • Beautiful 1930s light wood bed set including FANTASTIC makeup vanity with glass top and chair
  • Carpeted lower level furniture and second dining set (second kitchen set up)
  • Glassware, serving, baking, cooking items and utensils
  • Vintage collectible dolls - a Chatty Kathy (who doesn't chat), many others very nice
  • 1950s furniture as well as Mid Century sofa, art, lamps
  • Garage is well organized with jars upon jars of screws, nuts, bolts, etc. holiday and craft with outdoor items
  • Second kitchen on lower level will be staged with all kitchen items
  • Patio table, two chair wrought iron set
