Cash or Checks with ID, Bring help to load large items, Not Responsible for Accidents. All items are sold as-is. No returns or exchanges. Parking will be on the grounds due to the narrow road in front of the house. A clipboard with sign up sheet will be placed outside the house prior to the sale. Once you have signed up, please do not leave the area. On occasion, if there are more than 20 in line before our starting time we will open earlier than 9AM.

This sale consists of a nice variety of collectibles, furniture, china, a 1905 Old Town canoe in need of restoration, lawn and garden tools and fixtures, womens' vintage clothing, an early 1900's safe,  a 6' curved glass table display case from a jewelry store dating to the early 1900's as well as general household goods.
