Cash welcome. Check and Credit Card accepted over $40. Must have driver's license and phone number. All sales final and items must be removed by closing time of the last day of the sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Numbers begin for Sale 1 1/2 hours prior to opening time. Bring help and tools to dismantle and load larger items. Parking on one side of the road only!
