Items are "AS IS" and all sales are final. Purchasers are responsible for the removal of all items by the end of sale. Purchasers are responsible for checking the functionality of all electronic devices and the condition of all housewares.

Please bring your own moving men, transportation and equipment. Three Sparrows and the homeowner are not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained on the property.

Numbers will be distributed at 8:30AM on Friday. We ONLY ACCEPT our own sign-up sheets. If you place your name on the list, you MUST stay within sight of the property. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer give pricing information before sales. Any emails or phone calls regarding pricing will be answered after opening hours of the first day of the sale.
