- Cash Only
- Seller's OWN Street Numbers will be passed out by their staff 30 minutes before the start of the sale each day. These numbers will be used to let people into the sale in an orderly fashion. Approximately 6-10 people will be allowed inside at one time.
- All sales are final and all items are sold in "as is" condition. There are no returns or refunds.
- Seller is not responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred on the premises. Participants are responsible for any damage/breakage they cause (you break it, you bought it). Enter at your own risk.
- No backpacks, large purses or bags will be allowed inside the house, so please leave those items in your car.
- You will need to bring your own help/muscle to remove any items over 50 lbs (e.g., furniture)
