We DO NOT give out PRICES or do EARLY Sales.
We do not have Moving Service available, please bring help to move your purchase.
Not responsible for Accidents. Enter home and property at your own risk.
All items of value ...(coins, sterling jewelry etc.) are removed daily from home.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AT YOUR SALES? We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard AND Personal Checks with proper ID . There are no surcharges.
WHAT ARE SOME GENERAL RULES AT YOUR SALES? 1. All sales are final. 2. Enter the home at your own risk. Melody's Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents. 3. Be kind and courteous to other shoppers. 4. If you bring children, please keep an eye on them....what they do is your responsibility. 5. Entrance to home is by a list , generally started by the first customer arriving.  IF one has NOT been started, we will start one when we arrive  6. Have fun!
DO YOU ALLOW PREVIEWS OR PRE-SALES? We proudly do NOT offer previews or pre-sales and believe that is a key element to our success. By leveling the playing field, we have built a large following of shoppers who know that they will always have an equal chance to purchase the most sought after items in each sale. Nor do we quote prices of items.
DO YOU HAVE MOVING SERVICE AVAILABLE? We do not. Please make preparations for moving and transporting. My staff is not covered by my insurance to help move items.
