All large items must be picked up no later than 3pm on July 11th.
All sales are final, no refunds, buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to purchase and accept as is at time of purchase
Items are in two garages plus home.
Due to space limitations there will be a limit of 7 people maximum in the house at one time during peak times numbers will be given out. Home contains furniture, dryer, refrigerator, kitchen items, records, cds, movies, china, glassware
Due to the number of items we will be adding pictures up to the sale date but only to a maximum of 25 pictures

This is a private sale of a friend's estate.  The home was built and lived in by her family for three generations.

There are so many items large and small that it is impossible to list everything and pictures are not turning out because of the paneling and lighting reflections!
